Cancellation policy

We do not allow cancellations on our orders as processing begins immediately. 

 

Return Policy

If your item qualifies for a return , your item must be returned and received within 10 days of your item being delivered. Items cannot be opened, used , and must be in the exact condition you received it in. We do not allow returns on any opened or used items. We have 2 return options:

Option 1: Return your item to us within 10 days. We will apply a 19% processing fee that will not be returned to you.We do not pay for return shipping as that is the customer's responsibility. 

Option 2: Return your item to us within 10 days. Receive store credit to the full amount paid to us. We do not pay for return shipping as that is the customer's responsibility. 

Please contact us at support@profiveshop.com for an RA number . Returns will ONLY Be accepted with an RA number. 

All refunds take 3-5 business days to process once received. 

Shipping
To return your product, please contact us at  support@profiveshop.com for an address and shipping label.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We do not offer refunds for items that USPS has delivered and that have gone missing. 

We do not offer refunds on our retractable fences , any items that have been used, or any orders totalling over $100.
